Overview

Description

LTC1199LCMS8 is Linear Technology/Analog Devices’ serially controlled 8-channel analog switch/multiplexer in an MSOP-8 lead-free package. It lets a single ADC or signal path select one of eight analog inputs under an SPI-like control interface from a microcontroller. This enables multiplexed data acquisition and signal routing without multiple ADCs. The device provides fast channel switching and low leakage; a channel is selected by sending a code and remains connected until the next update.
